Payments

Subscription fees and any client-payment processing are handled through Stripe. Fees are billed as described at checkout and are non-refundable except where required by law.

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. The app is a software tool and does not provide medical or fitness advice.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
